Join the Jasper network

Join our selective community of global professionals by filling out an application through our website. If accepted, you’ll be invited to create an account and get access to our exclusive career resources and training programs.

Attend our healthcare training program

We build careers here, not just jobs. We offer our clients elite global talent and we help you become exceptional. Our training program includes medical terminology, scribing practice, phone operations, and more. Once you’re finished, you’ll be ready to land your dream role and hit the ground running.

Land a remote role

We will connect you with clients or internal projects and guide you through the interview process. Our goal is to help you land an amazing job as soon as possible.

  • How do I know I'm getting quality talent?
    Every member of the Jasper team makes it through a rigorous screening process. We'll present you with the top 2-3 candidates for the role, and you get to follow your normal interview process for the final decision. In case of any mismatches down the line, we will promptly backfill the role.
  • How does payment work?
    Jasper makes the payment process as simple as possible. After a $200 deposit, we have one flat monthly fee for each role. That's it.
  • How will my new team members be paid?
    Leave all the intricate details to us. You pay Jasper like a typical US service provider, while we seamlessly handle all sourcing, international compliance, payroll, and benefits.
  • What is the average English level of Jasper's candidates?
    Rest assured that all Jasper candidates have undergone a careful screening process which includes an advanced English test. Our candidates also have previous experience working for American organizations or studying at American universities and are confident and comfortable interacting with you, your team, and your customers.
  • What hours do Jasper team members typically work?
    Our global recruiting teams enable us to find talent for any and all time zones your team requires. Jasper team members work either part-time or full-time (20/40 hours a week) and are fully embedded within your organization.
  • Will I be required to provide equipment to my Jasper team members?
    Most of our team members are already equipped with personal computers and have validated internet speeds. Based on your specific requirements, we are happy to provide dedicated equipment including laptops and headsets, and the costs will be invoiced to you.
